Dear Customer’s
On Wednesday June 9th SonicVibes will be completing our annual Security Code Change for 2010. If you have a desktop or Xbox, please call SonicVibes Customer Service between now and Wednesday to set up an appt to have your security code changed. If you have a laptop you can just bring your laptop down to the SonicVibes Office to have the security code changed. This includes Corporate Apartments, Apartments with internet included, and Internet Only Users, Basic Users, and Advantage users. The Security Code will change at 7:00 AM on Wednesday June 9th, so to avoid any outage make sure you call SonicVibes Customer Service at 1-888-676-4501 to set up your appointment. Appointments are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis.
Why Do We Do This Annually?
Each year, SonicVibes Changes the Security Code to access the network because we have tenants and short term stay tenants move in and out each year and the Security Code has been giving out to corporate apartments. These people move in and our throughout the year and it makes the code less secure due to being handed out. To keep our network secure from outside users we change the code one time a year. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but this must be done to keep our wireless internet network secure.
